Discussion of pros/cons integrating proposed Mikkelsen development into Goodan Keil water system.

Required upgrades would include: a new well, replacing the booster station, expansion of the storage tank, expanding water rights.

There is a special school board meeting on Monday, December 3rd at 5:30 p.m. in the school library.  They will be discussing zoning around the school and the pending annexation by the city.

There is an issue with the main pump that supplies water to the tank.  The problem is being addressed and should be fixed tonight; however, the tank will require some time to fill.  PLEASE LIMIT CONSUMPTION of water to absolute necessity.  The system should be back to normal mid day tomorrow.  The fire department has been notified of the limited water supply.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the tank ran out of water last night. When I assessed the situation at 5:30  am this morning I found a booster pump fail to start alarm at the well field control panel. I reset the alarm and checked out the booster pump and everything looks good. I also put out the red flag. We are currently pumping 195 gpm and the tank is slowly filling. I’ll check the tank level later today and take down the flag if it fills up.
